On Saturday 24th September 2022, Balsall Common u3a held a
dance and supper evening at St Peter’s Church Hall to
mark both u3a Week and 40 years of the u3a.
The event was completely sold out with over 90
members attending, including members from Olton u3a.
Entertainment was provided by the excellent Prime
Numbers who had everyone up and dancing for the
whole evening to their exceptional renditions of well-known 1950s
and 1960s music.
A delicious and very generous fish and chip supper was
provided by Tile Hill fish and chip shop, and there was
interval entertainment in the form of a music quiz, a
raffle and a game of heads and tails.
