A couple of weeks ahead of the next lunch I email members an invitation on a first
come first serve basis
. There are 11 places available in addition to myself. A
deposit of £5 per person is payable to me as I have to pay the hotel a deposit to
guarantee the booking for a large party.
You will need to make your own arrangements to get to the venue where there is a rear
car park.
